Continued Education

I always learn things about snow when the first real snow of the year comes around.

A. Fashion is second to functionality in the winter. For example, today I wore velvet flats without socks to school. Two minutes into the 22 minute walk I couldn't feel my feet anymore.
B. If you're walking down the sidewalk and you have BYU on one side and random stuff on the other, walk on the sidewalk by BYU. They typically have people clear them. However, apartment complexes tend to be a bit faster at it.
C. Provo doesn't hire people to tend to the sidewalks of neighborhoods. Today I walked down a back road to school and I was walking in the tracks of others the whole time because the sidewalks were covered.
D. Don't eat yellow snow.
E. Cars drive slower so you can cross streets instead of waiting for them to drive through the intersection.
F. It's better to walk on snowy sidewalks than mushy brown muddy snowed streets.
