I'm in the Show!

Okay, so I'm in Humor U this weekend. And my name is officially added to the event page on Facebook. It's pretty much exciting.

However, I'm only in the late shows (9:30pm). That's both Friday and Saturday. Pete wrote me an email telling me and said that he fully expected to cast me for all four shows, but the other comedians actually had some pretty good stuff this time around and he didn't have enough time to hand out to me. So I have 3 minutes. And I'm supposed to cut the chili joke, and lessen my self deprecating humor, because apparently the audience didn't think it was funny at dress rehearsal. Really, I think it comes down to the fact that I'm a girl and can't make fun of myself for being fat, whereas the guys can. Oh well. I guess I'll have to be funny on my own merit apart from my self deprecation.

Anyway... get your tickets now! Get them in advance for $4 at the Wilk Info Desk, or $5 at the door. Friday WILL sell out before the show, so if you want to go on Friday, you need to buy in advance.

I'm excited. And scared. What the heck am I going to say/do?
