Home Teaching

I seem to get really lucky with home teachers. My second set of home teachers were Sheldon and Dan. It was great fun to feed Sheldon's ego and to bake them cookies. My third set were Ryan and Chris. I love Ryan and Chris. They were this perfect team. It was like, the good home teacher versus the bad home teacher. Pretty much, they were the first set I'd ever had that didn't make you feel that they had to come visit you. And they were awesome. It was the most fun I'd have all month to make fun of Chris. I also greatly enjoyed baking them brownies. I really wanted to be their favorite home teachee, as they were by far my favorite home teachers. I wondered if anyone could ever measure up to the fun that existed in the appointments of Ryan/Chris/Jessica. Over the summer I had some really weird home teachers that only came once. And they didn't really come. We met in a classroom after church one Sunday. But then I got lucky again. This time with Mike and Cameron. For the first time my home teachers were bringing me treats instead of the other way around! Cameron likes to tell stories. Mike likes to invite the apartment to do things through Rachel. Anyhow, Mike and Cameron brought us Skinny Cows on our first appointment. Then they randomly brought us home made cookies. Then on our second appointment they brought us caramel apples. Then randomly last week they brought us the deliciousness that is a pumpkin bucket full of yummy Halloween candy! Oh, how we enjoy our new friend! We scored with Mike and Cameron. Not only do they come every month, but they keep us well fed, too!
