I'm Engaged!

Actually, I'm not!  But I feel like sometimes when people have been missing from their blogs the next entry they write is something big.  This isn't that kind of blog post.

I feel like my life is so boring.  All my thoughts have already been said, and usually by those more eloquent than I.  There's nothing exciting going on.  At all.

I had a dream the other night that I had a lesbian love affair.  That was weird, to say the least.  It was not with Marie.  Marie was in my dream, and in the dream I did my best to hide my affair from her.  I think it worked.

I'm really into frying things right now.  Since moving into my new house (I moved into a new house!  It has chickens!) Marie, my new roommate Christina and I have fried several things.  We made jalapeno poppers, fried burritos (Marie says they're called chimichangas), bananas stuffed into nutella filled wonton wrappers, and oreos.  I have enjoyed everything.  Everything tastes better fried.

I tried to go on a run the first day of fall semester.  It was an epic fail.  Out of the 2.5 miles I had planned I only ran .5 miles, and that was not consecutively.  I walked the other 2 miles.  I had shin splints for four days afterward.

My life has been thrilling, as you can tell.

Actually, there is some thrilling news!  My friend, Hayley had a baby!  Boyd and Hayley are parents!  They have a little girl named Summer.  I can't wait to meet her.

And I still haven't written about my vacation to Oxnard, but it's quite something, including my first parking ticket, a man wrapping his arm around me, and wetting my pants.  With urine.  I always have exciting pee stories.
