It started at 11am on Thursday:
Thursday:
11am: Interview for the manager position to replace GT when he moves to Oxnard.
4:30pm: Text my mom to ask if she's coming down for Easter (hoping she'd bring me her car...)
4:35pm: Mom calls to tell me she's not coming down but she'll be here in a week because she's leaving JG.
Friday:
10:30am: Meet with HR to sign up for benefits!
11:15am: Get a call offering me the manager position.
12:30pm: Call my dad to tell him all my news.
12:40pm: Dad tells me he and Peggy are getting a divorce. And he has insulin dependent diabetes.
WHAAAATTTTT.
A promotion and two divorces in pretty much one day.
