YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

So for the second weekend in a row my friend Megan and I have baked cupcakes at my apartment. Last week was the epic lemon cake with strawberry frosting and blueberry blobs. This week, was pure Heaven. We're talking moist and delicious chocolate cake with a slight caramel tasting coconut frosting, topped with more coconut and a Samoa Girl Scout cookie. No joke. And this recipe, boys and girls, was on a whim. We made it up. And they were delicious.
