Cookies.

One of my goals this year was to eat more fruits and vegetables than I have in the past.  With three months left in the year I've finally gotten around to this goal.  I've been using supertracker.usda.gov to help me keep track of what I'm eating and how much of everything I'm eating.  It has this handy dandy nutrient intake report that tells me the average amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbs, calories, etc. that I am eating.

I checked my calorie report today, and in addition to listing the average amount of calories I eat it lists the main sources of my calories.

This report is from Monday to the end of Thursday.

I baked cookies on Wednesday evening.
